Thank you for considering Heart of the Valley Christian School for your child’s education. We consider it a blessing to serve the needs of the families under our care and would enjoy the opportunity to serve your family as well. One of the vital factors contributing to the success of the student is strong parental support. We hope that you, the parent, will take an active role in the educational development of your child. Parents are encouraged to support their children by lending support to the school in the various areas provided for parental participation. We also encourage you to take full advantage of the many school and church services that are provided for you and your child at Heart of the Valley Christian School.
Tuition payments for 10, 11, or 12 months include a slight increase and there is also a small processing fee for all payment plans (see Tuition Payment Plan form). Additional programs we offer are optional. Throughout the year, there will be a couple of field trips and special activities that will also have nominal costs. Download your enrollment packet here.
Elementary
2012-13 Annual Tuition: K – 6th Grade: $5,700.00
Registration Fee: The Registration Fee is used to pay for application processing, student accident insurance, consumable supplies, yearbook, and supplies/training in CPR and First Aid for our staff. This fee is due with the application and is non-refundable. Your child will not be considered registered until this fee has been paid and all required forms are received.
Current HVCS students:
Registration Fee: $175.00 – If paid by March 1, 2012
$325.00 – If paid after March 1, 2012
New students:
Registration Fee: $325.00 (Includes Testing)
Tuition Payments: All tuition payments are paid through FACTS Tuition Management Company (yearly enrollment fee ranges from $10.00 to $45.00).

Preschool

Thank you for considering Heart of the Valley Christian Preschool. The Lord has blessed our school with a loving and dedicated staff, a wonderful campus, and a clear direction for a “Christ-Centered” approach to education and development for those students that attend. A “Christ-Centered” approach to education develops all areas of the student’s life: spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. Heart of the Valley Christian Preschool emphasizes Christian character training in every aspect of the school day. One of the vital factors contributing to a successful experience for the student is strong parental support. Parents are encouraged to support their children by lending support to the school in the various areas provided for parental participation.
All children must be at least 2 1/2 years of age to enroll in HVCPS. Their maturity level must be such that they are able to separate willingly from the parent. All children are expected to be toilet trained; however, occasional accidents are expected.
Registration Fee: $130.00 (Non-refundable)
The fees listed below are monthly rates. We divide our yearly tuition into equal monthly payments and do not offer credits or refunds when your child is absent.
